charged only breakfast at THB 265 net per child per day.
All prices mentioned are in Thai Baht (Approximately 1 USD = 40 Thai Baht) and are inclusive of 7% VAT, 10% Service Charge and full buffet breakfast.

Child Policy:
Children under 4 years stay free with parents in the existing bedding.
Children under 12 yeras are charged 50% of adult rate for extra bed and all meal.

Cancellation Policy:

 
1.In the low season
 -Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival – 25% will be charged for each room reserved.
 -No Show – 50% will be charged for each room reserved.
 -Early Check Out – 2 nights will be charged in addition to the actual number of nights stayed for each room reserved.
 
2.In the high season
 -Cancellations made between 7 - 14 days prior to arrival – 25% will be charged for each room reserved.
 -Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival – 50% will be charged for each room reserved.
 -No Show – 50% of the total stay will be charged for each room reserved.
 -Early Check Out – 50% of the remaining nights will be charged in addition to the actual number of nights stayed for each room reserved.
 
3.In the Peak season
 -Cancellations made between 14 - 28 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total amount will be charged for each room reserved.
 -Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival – No refund!
 -No Shows or Early Check Out – No refund!
 


Meal Rates:
Buffet breakfast : Thai Baht 450/- (International and Asian Cuisine).
Lunch : Thai Baht 600/- , Dinner : Thai Baht 600/-
Choice of Thai, Continental, Indian or Italian set menus.
Compulsory Gala Dinner on December 31, 2008 : Thai Baht 3,500/-

Transportation:
By private car maximum 3 pax. Thai Baht 800 net per car per way from airport.
By private van maximum 9 pax. Thai Baht 1200 net per van per way from airport.
