Guests can also choose from an extensive selection of wine to compliment their meals. Borsalino Restaurant is opened daily between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.
The story of this name started in 1857, in Alessandria, when Giuseppe Borsalino (1834-1900), a true pioneer and captain of industry, after visiting Italy and France to learn the secrets of the trade, set up the first artisan workshop for the production of felt hats. The extraordinary ability of its founder, determined the immediate success of the company.
The leadership of Borsalino is acknowledged worldwide. Today Borsalino does not only identify itself with the mythical and elegant felt hat. A wide range of accessories completes the Borsalino collections: ties, foulards, scarves, perfumes and a variety of small leather goods.
